The following Terms of use (the "Terms of use") govern the use of the website available at www.applife.io and www.games.applife.io (hereafter, the "Site") by the users (hereafter, "User", "you"). The Site is made available by Applife Limited, and its affiliates (collectively, "we" or "us"). Please note that we reserve the right to change these Terms of use from time to time without notice to you, by posting such changes on the Site.

APPLICABLE LAWS

We control and operate the Site from our office in the Republic of Cyprus. Persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Republic of Cyprus. For all the claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of use, Republic of Cyprus will be an exclusive jurisdiction. The Client agrees to waive any claim that relevant court of Republic of Cyprus will define as an inconvenient forum.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SITE AND THE SERVICES

We reserve the right, for any reason, in our sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, features or hours of availability. We may also impose limits on certain features of the Site or restrict your access to part or all of the Site without notice or penalty.

MISCELLANEOUS

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of use remain in full force and effect.
